Light Up Your 4th of July With Red, White and Blue

The great American holiday -  4^th of July - is just around the corner. If you’re hosting a backyard BBQ or pool party, you’re going to need a little extra illumination while you’re waiting for the firework show to begin. And what better way to add a little patriotism to the most colorful night than with some accompanying red, white and blue lights!

Nothing screams “America” quite like our flag! You can either find a rope light flag pre-made, or make one yourself if you’re crafty! This would look great hanging in a window, propped up in your yard, or mounted on your fence.

Red, white and blue string lights

Show off your country’s pride by outlining your home or yard with red white and blue icicle string lights! Can’t find a strand that consists of red, white and blue? Try searching for all red, all white, or all blue strands, and place them together.

Red to blue color-changing bulbs

If you already have porch lights or even pathway lighting, consider changing out the bulbs for LED red and blue bulbs. This subtle change will add to your party without very much effort.

Just making a few lighting adjustments will make all the difference at your Independence Day bash. Remember to light up the 4th with something more than just fireworks!
